Your first task is to furnish and perhaps decorate the property, you may even require alterations if the property is older or the installation of security and air-conditioning, telephone and internet services, insurance etc.

You may decide to rent your property long or short term and you will require rental services and property management. You may decide to live here permanently and need advice about employment, health and the local schools.

Whatever the problem we will be delighted to help with everything from putting up a curtain rail or light fitting, to building an extension.

It is always more complicated arranging maintenance and repairs when you live away, but don’t worry, we can relieve the headaches involved in general maintenance and also ensure that your property is in pristine condition every time you visit.
