Step 2: Once we have agreed a price, we will require you to Sign our Terms and Conditions, which formally instructs us to market your property. Furthermore, new Spanish Law as of January 2007 dictates that in order for us to advertise and market the property, it will be necessary for us to obtain a copy of your Escritura (Title & Deed), copies of local Taxes paid, and copies of one of your water and electricity bills. Step 3: If you do not wish for us to hold the keys to your property, we would ask that the designated keyholder be reasonably accessible. The rest is basically down to us, firstly we will prepare the photographs and details of your property and send these by e-mail to our extensive database of potential clients.
